Meet Kim 🌞

Kim Bienia is a soul-driven educator, space-holder, and community weaver deeply committed to nurturing the next generation through yoga, mindfulness, and emotional wellness. A single mama to her radiant 8-year-old son, Luciano, and their chocolate lab sidekick, Tarot, Kim is a nature-loving, podcast-devouring, adventure-seeking hippie soul who's been walking the path of spiritual inquiry since 2009. Her dharma: to co-create a more kind, heart-centered world through breath, movement, and the remembering of inner magic.

Kim is the visionary founder behind All My Bliss Inc., which includes the radiant adult yoga studio Yoga Moksha (est. 2022) and the playful, soulful children's yoga brand Moksha Kids. At Yoga Moksha, she holds space for spiritually curious adults through heated vinyasa and Forrest-inspired classes, trauma-informed offerings, Bhakti-rooted practices, and community gatherings..

Moksha Kids is Kim’s heart project — a vibrant world of kids yoga, breathwork, emotional literacy, and empowerment rooted in joy, play, and soulfulness. Through this growing movement, Kim teaches kids weekly, trains adults to become Kids Yoga teachers, and has expanded into Mindful Parenting education and programs for educators. She is currently developing a suite of playful, practical offerings including SEL-focused kits, workshops, and certifications. Moksha Kids recently unveiled Mokshi, an original, magical sun mascot dreamed up to help guide children through feelings, mindfulness, and inner wisdom.

With over 200+ hours of specialized training in children and adolescent yoga, Kim began teaching kids yoga in 2019 and leading Kids Yoga Teacher Trainings by 2020. Her training draws from both Kidding Around Yoga and Yoga Ed., with a trauma-informed lens and a heartfelt, creative approach to empowering young hearts.

Kim holds both an additional 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings from The Funky OM, has studied Bhakti Yoga and Yoga Philosophy extensively, and completed advanced coursework through Embodied Philosophy with renowned scholars like Dr. Christopher Wallis and Edwin Bryant. She's sat in on two additional 300hr YTTs and studied under world-class teachers including Heidi Sormaz, Sondra Loring, Bryn Chrisman, Miles Borrero, Yogi Charu, Tukaram Das, Gauravani, Visvambhar Sheth, and Sheri Celentano. She has also been mentored by Leslie Pearlman of Good Ground Yoga.

Outside the studio, Kim holds a B.S. in Communication Arts with a minor in Advertising and Marketing from NYIT (2009), which helps fuel her mission to make mindfulness not only magical but accessible and inclusive as well. She is an E-RYT 500, RCYT, and YACEP.

Above all, Kim brings soul, humor, empathy, and wild-hearted authenticity into everything she creates — inviting others to feel seen, empowered, and inspired to live with more presence, purpose, and joy.
