ānayoga School

Jñāna is the Pursuit of Spiritual Knowledge (some say “the highest knowledge”) through Self-Study, Contemplation, and Meditation.  The first instruction of Jñāna Yoga is “Atmānam viddhi” or “Know Thyself”.

We understand not everyone wants to go through an entire Teacher Training, especially if you are not interested in becoming a Yoga Teacher. We also understand those who are teachers have an insatiable desire to absorb even more information on this vast practice we know as Yoga.

In our Jñāna Yoga School, Yoga Practitioners of All Levels- From Brand New Students to Seasoned Yoga Teachers- Are All Welcome to Learn, Consider, Reflect, Practice, and Grow. Yoga is so much more than moving the body, and we hope you fall in love with the deeper, ancient concepts of Yoga like we have.
